Japanese automobile industry has gained an international reputation for the progress of technology and superiority of quality as seen in the hybrid cars and is advancing globalization. On the other hand, standardization of parts has made same parts distributed all over the world. It involves the risk of causing a huge number of defective products once any quality problem has come out and deteriorating the existence of the company.

Daiwa Denka was established in 1962 as a plating firm. We are now engaged in plating metal and plastic and forming products such as seat-belt parts, ornament parts and switch parts. We have always tried to develop technologies to cope with the needs of the time and kept supplying superior products that meet the customers’ requirements.

We challenged and acquired PM prize, quality ISO and environmental ISO. Our efforts have been made by all of the employees not only for the needs of the time and customers but also for strengthening the corporate structure.

Circle activities have been continuously conducted for 30 years and discussions have been made among each group of the circles on various themes of environment, quality, safety, production and other sections of our organization.

It is our intention to integrate the knowledge and effort of each individual of our employees to meet our customers’ needs and ensure the growth of our company in the next 5 years and decade so that we can build up a solid corporate structure and contribute to the local community.

Basic Policy

Under the corporate management philosophy of “Trust, Cooperation and Progress”, we have plating and plastic molding facilities and conduct development, production and sale of automobile parts as the major products. In all of the business sections, we have to reduce the burden on environment, protect the global environment and bring harmony between the business activities and environment. And we also make confirm management system not to be influenced by any environmental situation.

Environmental Policy

Environmental management system must be sustained and improved by all the managers and employees in every aspect of activities. Environmental objectives and targets have to be set to preserve environment from pollution and contribute to enhance production efficiency. We promote the following environmental policies:

1.Compliance with the laws and regulations for environment protection

We abide by the environment-related laws and regulations and other legal requirements to control our business activities and continue to conduct management to be trusted by the residents of local community.

2.Continuous improvement of environment protection activities

Environmental management system must be effectively carried out and continuously improved.

We will try to prevent accident and pollution on the assumption of the emergency　such as earthquake and to repair and to apply BCP.

Zero emission of harmful material from drainage
Reduction of the use of natural resources and energy, reduction of CO2 and prevention of the environmental pollution.
Reduction of the industrial wastes specifically regulated by laws

5. Promotion of education

We will implement the environmental education to all the staff and employees and enhance their senses of improving environment.
