The Higashiura Factory is located near the Kinuura Ohashi Bridge and Heisei Ohashi Bridge, which connect the Chita Peninsula and Mikawa areas, as well as the Higashiura I.C. on the Chita Peninsula Road, and is easily accessible from the Mikawa and Nagoya areas. Equipped with a special vertical molding machine, the factory mainly produces seat belt parts using an automatic insert system. In addition, a two-color molding machine for resin-plated parts was introduced in 2013, contributing to the integrated production of a wide variety of resin-plated parts. We have established a system that allows us to centrally arrange everything from pressed products and molding to plating, inspection, and shipping.
