Obu factory, located in the housing area, is dealing with electronic contacts and other engineering parts. The automatic barrel line is suitable to the small size parts and the small-lot production of many goods. Seven types of plating - gold, silver, copper, tin, nickel, black chromate and black nickel - is available to the materials - steel, stainless, brass, phosphorus bronze and beryllium-copper.

Yokone factory is located in the eastern part of Obu-city as a factory focused on the plastic plating. Over-coming the experience　of fully submerge by the Tokai heavy rain in 2000, now we produce mainly emblems over 300 items. From 2008, we also have established a nickel plating barrel line.

Higasiura factory is conveniently located from Nagoya area, Mikawa area (eastern part of Aichi) and Tita area (southern part of Aichi).

We have special vertical rotary molding machine to produce mainly seat-belt parts using automatic insert system. We can provide unitary arrangement service through total process, pressing, molding, plating, inspecting and shipping.

Higashiura factory is located next door to the molding factory.

Zinc plating for prevent rusting is available through small parts to big parts using barrel type and racking type of machines. In zinc plating plus trivalent chromate plating, choice of yellow, black or clear color zinc plating and adjust the friction coefficient is available

Chrome plating over the three layers of half-shiny, tri-chrome and shiny nickel plating gives excellent anti-corrosion and decorative characters and is applied mainly to seat belts.

Tin plating for engineering parts is applied to HV parts using the character of solderability and extendability.
